EYAL NETZER

Eyal Netzer is a saxophonist and composer blending free jazz with Middle Eastern, contemporary and spiritual influences. Over six original albums as a bandleader, his work has ranged from intimate duo settings to a solo electro-acoustic project to the large-scale Tèkès, for saxophone and string ensemble — a widely acclaimed work praised by critics and broadcast on radio in Israel and abroad. He is a regular soloist and arranger with the Israeli Andalusian Orchestra and teaches at the Rimon School of Music.
